¿Quién puede proponer un grupo de trabajo?
Cualquier grupo de 2/5 personas, preferentemente con alta frecuencia de conectividad, para una mejor coordinación general. También pueden presentar una candidatura de grupo de trabajo entidades, grupos de investigación ya formados, etc., pero, en cualquier caso, la responsabilidad de la coordinación recaerá en las 2/5 personas indicadas. Serán especialmente bien recibidas las propuestas de Grupos de Trabajo de equipos de coordinación del I o II Congreso online del OCS.

Each of the fourteen days that this congress lasts, apart from debates over papers within Working Groups, a transversal theme, belonging to any of the stated Main Topics, will be presented.

This will be possibly through Plenary Conferences, where, each day, a new lecture takes place from the perspective of national and international experts.

El célebre filósofo y experto en cibercultura, Pierre Lévy, nos presenta desde una particular visión filosófica, la importancia del lenguaje, sonidos y signos culturales registrados en el ciberespacio, donde los términos ubicuidad, interconexión y autonomía de acción cobran un nuevo significado.

Levy está trabajando en la conceptualización de un modelo abierto que superará las limitaciones de catalogación de la web actual y también de lo que se vislubra que puede ser la web 2.0, gracias a un lenguaje subyacente poco menos que universal, que permitirá acercarnos a una web que sea realmente world wide.

Un modelo abierto de acceso al conocimiento sin fronteras ni lenguas privilegiadas, es, sin lugar a dudas, una de las mejores aportaciones que podrían dibujarse en el horizonte de una sociedad libre e igualitaria.


Esta conferencia se presenta aquí gracias a la colaboración de la e-Week / Semana digital de Vic, con el III Congreso ONLINE del OCS.
