This fourth edition of the congress, is presented in a somewhat provocative slogan:
""Analogic crisis, digital future.".
The sentence is the result of previous consultation in the first phase of the congress, during which, more than 500 proposals for a motto were proposed and selected by the coordination of Congress for a final vote, which involved members of Committee to Support the Organization..
The result of that experience and in view of the controversies and debates that arose during the selection process of the theme, it was decided in line with the Living Congress philosophia, to provide a space for opinions about the same, positioning for or against in relation to the concept.
Objectives
The objective of this activity is to establish a discussion and an opinion forum tat happens in parallel to the development of the conference. On the context in which lies conceptually, in parallel with its línia editorial editorial linel, it will allow to collect opinions from different geographical locations, profiles and experiences.
