Work Group description
In a context where the advances in health care allow us to improve the quality of life and citizen care, it is necessary to review the system in order to improve its weakest aspects: health care information and continuity of patient-centered care by means of new technologies.
The team tries to reflect on the importance of patient as the centre of health care system and on the information the patient recieves.
To achieve this, several activities, applications and possibilities are proposed to increase information and interaction between health care professionals and patients in current health care systems: putting together experiences and proposals for using new web 2.0 resources in this area.
