Work Group description

Thinking about the dynamics of the environment and the key role played by organizations in social interaction, it is necessary to develop the concept of knowledge management as one logical viable organizations from a complex. Knowledge management, has to its credit all the tools and principles developed by the presentations, administrative and governance and seek to achieve viability of the organization in relation to the environment. Since the logic of management, understood as the interplay of organizational resources and their emergent properties, the organization must allow the necessary identity that allows the connection and will respond to the demands of different social order.



Its main objective is to develop a series of strategies that permit and govern to make it viable in the context of globalization and competitive.



Another objective is to explore the usefulness of the techniques of social network analysis (ARS) to characterize the information within the organizations (political parties, ong´s) Applying these theories (ARS) to organize and identify these information asymmetries, we can deduce as will be more efficient to the extent that anyone who takes a lead at all times, who is also has more information for each context. The challenge of transformation of knowledge into an added value to the company. It´s acquires, organizes, shares and transfers.



During recent years, organizations seek to maintain or increase value creation.



In the new scenario of the digital economy, companies have a number of common characteristics: the business networking and knowledge management as a key strategic element.
