Work Team C-59: ?New challenges of the nets of telecenters
Initial questions

Work Group description
This working group constitutes a dialog space, of work colaborativo, concentrating on the analysis propositive on telecenters, his functions and his usefulnesses nowadays. He Seems evident that today still is the digital gap, but also that the set-up of the breach has changed, aggravating in certain sectors and associations of the town.
Different governments have carried out a big effort when spreading a series of centers specialized in the accompaniment, in the formation and in the dynamization of technological tools as a prevention measure of the risks of the sociodigital exclusion. Should analyze, not already if these measures are enough, but if the duty that these centers develop is the suitable one.
New realities (and-governance, and-share, the digital responsibilities defined by the UNESCO, new ways of social communication, etc.) impose a checkup out of the first models of telecenter, that should adapt his operation to needs of the town and to look after the share of the citizenship fit to equality.
