Giovanni,

Some questions I have in mind.

Which are the most saintable benefits of having a place as yours in Second Life?

Have you thought about using other Virtual World appart from Second Life?

Which are the main vantages of using Second Life?

Which is the average of age of your students?

Do you know the real names of all the students?

Thanks!!

The advantage of owning the land on which the school operates is that we can manage the resources available (prims) freely and quickly.

We have classes in Skype as well, even if it's not (technically) a virtual world. I am not aware of other virtual worlds where users have the same freedom and control over the environment. I don't see the necessity at the moment.

The advantages are: low cost, convenience, uniqueness of the experience. These advantages are evident, even to skeptics, when paticipating in a class.

Students do not have to register to the school or give any personal information, however personal info are naturally exchanged with time. I have even met students in real life. The two biggest age groups seem to be university student (20-26) and adults (30-45) but there are many students over 50. All ages I'd say.
